 is this drink "healthy"?

purely out of curiosity, im wondering if my beverage of choice is killing me as much as soda would.
its this flavored water stuff that is carbonated. the 3 ingredients are carbonated water [duh], citric acid [the flavor i suppose] and sucralose [sweetener]. the other one i know is a preservative and forgot the name.
it lists everything as 0% of my daily value per serving. but, the bottle is 2.5 servings. i know the sucralose is some % after i drink all 2.5...but im wondering how bad this stuff is compared to soda or lemonade etc.
im gonna drink it either way, its what i like,. im just curious haha.

nothing is really healthy by itself. healthy is a accumulation of everything you do.
that being said what you listed seems to be about on the level of sprite or some shit like that.

Sucralose, cellulose, both are slightly unavoidable. But not good for you unless you practice moderation.

Well one of the worst things about soda is not so much the sugar, though obviously it creates a whole host of other problems, but the acids, such as phosphoric acid and citric acid. These are really bad for the enamel on ones teeth.
I believe root beer is the least acidic of the sodas but still something to be used in moderation.
Rinsing or drinking water after consuming soda can greatly reduce the eroding effects of these drinks.
