I'm not either but Patron is the shit.

I used to drink a lot of Jagermeister, Southern Comfort, Wyoborowa and Greygoose vodka... Crown Royal... Captain Morgans spiced rum... Ocassionally Sambuca, Hennessy VS or XO, Remmieee

Beer is always nice though... lots of beer during the summer. This summer was a a beer and rum summer.

I wouldn't say a margarita extract but it's super ultra premium and it's quality really shines through. It's not something people are usually skeptical about like Greygoose vodka.

Warm apple cider in the winter = k3y.

I had some fresh pressed organic apple juice (basically cider) with celery and cucumber. It was very tasty :smile:

I also had a pineapple, apple, carrot, celery smoothie earlier tonight.

I bought a juicer for a reason!

I take in a lot of veggies the tradtional way, drink about 6-10 servings of each veggies and fruit a day and take in a shot or two of wheat grass which is supposed to be 2lbs of fresh green veggies per shot.

Then I take animal pack multi vitamins :laugh:

animal? do you work out? i took an animal pump once... wow.

i eat really healthy too, but i don't get as much veggies and fruit that you do. i usually eat a handful of baby spinach, carrots, and a tomato every night along with some low sodium v8 juice. for breakfast i'll have a banana and not from concentrate orange juice, and for lunch i'll have an apple. then every now and then i drink some pomegranate 100% fruit juice. usually post workout after i've have my whey/creatine/glutamine shake. about to cut that (protein+creatine+gluatmine shake) out completely though.

he was plateaued before and he's already gained 30 pounds, he eats an insane amount of food and is gaining so much strength and size and is getting cut at the same time. it's ridiculous.

personally i don't use any supplements myself besides creatine/glutamine/whey. and i go on them all for 2 months then take a month off of everything and just eat right. i just started working out in june, and i don't want to get 'huge' anyways. i've gained a lot of size and strength and i'm happy where i'm at. but i love going in and going up on weight every week or two.

i actually need to go to sleep i try to get 8 hours but i'm out of rohypnol :frown:

I'm not really taking anything but protein right now

I used to take BSN NO xplode, cellmass, nitrix, Nitrotech hardcore protein, sizeon, super pump, glutamine, animal packs some reisi and other mushrooms extracted and put into pills.

I can eat 5000 cals a day. I think 3500-4000 is normal for me..

I knew kids back in my high school football days that would slug back those 6 or 7 pills every day after lifting.. two got stomach ulcers, the other did not. None got noticeably bigger.

Yeah that's what im talking about.

It's kinda funny you say that I know a ton of professional builders who use Animal Packs.... multi vitamins aren't really supposed to beef you up they're more like to oil the gears.

I think they work for me, I'm pretty sure they work for my friends... and I don't pay for them -

I'm not a supplement guru or anything so don't take my defense as being hostile... they basically just seem to work for me and my friends and I get them free through a friends sponsorship.
