How broke is broke? $0? If you've got $10 and a few homies with $10, its always fun to have a cookout. Everyone bring some cheap hotdogs or a package of hamburger and BYOB is never a bad time.

Not exactly sure what you're definition of fun is, but when I was living out of my car and had to find ways to keep myself occupied during the day I found a few things to waste time. None of them matter after GeoCaching though..

All these are cool suggestions but they all require something I dont have like the ocean, gps, mushrooms, or a movie that's worth going to see.

I think I'd like to learn a new instrument like trumpet....... but I hear it's very hard to learn and gets even harder the older you are.

You are never to old to learn an instrument! PLus you can always find used instruments parents are selling when their kids give up or grow up and quit. Try find an ukulele and pick that up!

Trumpet is pretty hard, but so are a lot of winds.

I wish I had picked tumpet instead of fucking saxophone when I was a kid in band.
