 Bad start for 4/20!

After A nice cup of joe  I go check the girls,Thinking what a way to start 4/20 maybe have an Update... 
Well it wasn't,after topping off I look at the canopy only to notice Yellow spatting and twisting on 10-15% of the Top fan leafs...
Immediately I think,must have been the fungicide/neem oil used on the white flies issue...WITHOUT checking if it burned FIRST
Though I also burnt one sulfur stick,This was before flushing the whole system with 20gallons of Hard water.
Then again Im using quite a cocktail of nute.

flush and start again from scratch. the cocktail sounds like a bad idea and if i had to guess, i would say that is most likely from the sulfur story.
did you spray your plants while the lights were on???

If I had to venture a guess after taking a look at your nutrient solution I would place some money on the bushmaster causing you problems. You have to be damn careful with that stuff because otherwise you will burn the living shit out of your plants.
