Too late to plant on Long island (New York)

Was thinking about geurilla growing some weed and/or opium in suburbia. Is it too late?

No it's not to late.

Too early.

Memorial Day is the last frost date.

Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?

4/20 is the most common date to sew seeds.  I don't know about up north though.  It's still pretty cold here in VA, but I popped some seeds outside about a week back.  It's not too late to start to some seeds indoors and then move them out on memorial day.  It'll surely increase your yeild.
