I have some clones in rock wool under a dome and a 23" T8 grow light and it's been like 12 days still no roots. I use clonex gel and a little advanced nutes as a solution. I first time I clone i was using clone powder and a cfl and it rooted in 2 weeks and I thought using clonex gel will root faster but still no roots I don't know if it's the lighting because this T8 is not as bright as the cfl I use the first time and I just started using a heat mat yesterday. The temp is around 90 and humidity is 80. If anyone can shine some light to help that would be great.

85f is the temp you want.
Heat mat should help alot.
My cloning takes 14 to 30 days.I use peat pellets for soil and an EZ Cloner for hydro.

Yes I open the vents for about 10 minutes on the dome or I take the dome off for few minutes. How long should I leave the vets open?

that sounds fine. I do mine a few times each day for a min. or less, and mist. I think it gives them more frequent air exchange, but that's just my own made up theory.
