I have really slacked off the past 9 months or so....just smoking and fuckin around and just gliding through school in a haze...but after a super shitty breakup with a psycho-bitch and the prospect of a big boy job working as a wind engineer with the Siemens Corp. in the Midwest, I seriously need to start pulling my life back together. I will begin eating better, exercising regularly, being more organized...and either smoke weed or nothing at all, because this spice shit is slowly destroying my body I can feel it when I run, or when I get random stomach aches during the day, and the slow decline of mental capacity that I experience the day afterward, all of which I never experience when I can smoke weed...and I when I can I usually smoke a teenth every 2 or 3 days so smoke a decent amount when I'm not trying to pass drug tests. 
Anyway, my point is I have made the decision to step up to the place and better myself...I just thought I would put it in writing so it feels more solid and permanent.

Good luck man. That is the first step. Is looking yourself in the face and asking is the life you have right now leading you where you want to end up at.
I too am hoping to have a job. I have the final interview on Wednesday so ill let u fools know how it goes.
Keep your head up. Keep doing things to better your life. I dont know what your school schedule is like, but I have all summer to clear my head and prepare myself for next semester and my 24 credits.
Stay focused on the prize. Girls find it sexy when a man shows his dedication to his school work and towards becoming successful. The rest are sluts with no personalities who rely on tits and sucking on dicks to get ahead in life.

word. i've been having the same conversations with myself. been trying to give up negative things in my life, and focus on productive things that can get me ahead.

I am by no means an alcoholic but I find that going to the occasional AA meeting is helpful. gives you an hour to listen to other peoples horror stories and how they have changed their lives and gives you a basic code to live your life by. I have found it to be helpful (as i sit here doing dope  )
