Those plants might also be wanting more root space at this point. I would try and pot all those plants separately.

for the cab and for now you need to fix the lights position, and lining it with poly, it reflects the light much better than foil

Just cut it about half way from the stem to fan leaf. Eventually the rest will fall off natually.

also, i use a lamp that is 4000K for vegging, aint that abit low on the kelvins? or is it oke to use and shall i buy more of those or find lamps that are higher kelvin?

5000-6900K it's the best range for veg in my experience atleast.
Just get another light with +6000K and you'll be fine for now, and then 1 or 2 more lights for flowering within the 2700-3200K range.

Question:
I got limited space, only room for 2 liter pots and i wanna do a scrog, but there is limited root space so is it better to grow 1 big top or do a scrog?
