Cost/benefit effectivness hydro nutes vs reg ferts

is it worth having the total control with hydro nutes instead of regular fertilizers for outdoor soilless mix. considering this is for vegitables. I dont have a feel for how much nutes you go through using soiless or with hydro

what would be considered regular and hydro nutes? is GH hydro nutes?

When I grow veggies, i just use my spent indoor soil outside and add aged compost plus some amendments.
