i will change the lights 12/12 i know i will very little yield although i dont know their sex now

my question do they both flower and grow? and what do you think the yield will be?

and i will give full strength solution right?

Also it looks like you're still misting their leaves, even under the HPS. I would advise that you stop that during flower especially if you live somewhere with high humidity as it can cause budrot.
