    #516141 - 01/20/11 12:15 PM (13 years, 2 months ago)

Can you tell me if there indica or sativa please.
And how you think there lookin.

They are about 3 months old(the 2 big ones).
The small ones are About a month old.

I am using happy frog soil With Bio thrive nutes.

When do you think I should start Flowering? I heard there going to get alot bigger once I flower and I only have about a Foot and a half till they hit the light.

Should I train them? That way give more time for the little ones to get bigger?

Lighting is a 400 Watt MH light.

There all bagseed Btw.

Hybrid and suffering from what appears to be a N overdose / Salt buildup problem.

It looks like you used a lot of nitrogen to keep them so green. which is good if your going by seed because it increases the chance of having females. they look good to flower. are you using wormcasting in the soil? but im guessing you N is higher then your P or K. tips are curling down because you are over watering them just a little. lower your nitrogen right now and flower.

This is bullshit.  Increased levels of N do not induce more females.

i disagree. If you have increased N and the warm temperatures you will have more females. Why do you think its bullshit? i have read many marijuana bibles that say otherwise.

they look pretty good. the only work they need now is a 12 hour light cycle and some larger pots though after transplanting you want to wait at least a week before kicking in. I would'nt be surprised if they are root bound by looking at the size of the plant compared to the pot. If they are root bound you may as well start again. good luck with those! your not trying to grow the plant your trying to grow the roots remember that. That being said it looks like you need more vermiculite/perlite in your mix. they look 60% sativa 40% indica. could be some ruderalis in there too. do you see pistols inbetween your nodes?

No, they look overdosed and suffering.  Curled leaves + Way too dark green + Clawing = problems.  A small flush and backing off on the nutes wold fix this pretty quickly.

Not rootbound, it takes a long ass time for a plant to become truly rootbound.  They look to be about 2.5-3 ft plants in an 3 gallon pot.  Which is just the right size for a plant that tall.

If they are rootbound, which they are not, all you would need to do to solve the problem is move them to a bigger container or trim the root system down.  You do not need to chuck out your grow if they somehow become rootbound (which again none of these plants are).

your not trying to grow the plant your trying to grow the roots remember that.

Wtf are you on?  Yes you want to create a healthy root system, but you don't grow roots you grow cannabis.  So either you worded this wrong or I'm misinterpreting what you said here.

Who are you?  I've seen you post more bullshit in two posts then I've seen other members post in two months.  I'm concerned someones feeding you bullshit, or that other members are going to buy into the BS you post.

Yellowing leaves aren't much of a problem if they're localized like they are on his plants.  Older leaves that receive less light will yellow and die off quicker then younger leaves.

All 4 pictures in the top row are exhibiting symptoms of N overdose and/or salt build up issues.  The pictures in the second row are also exhibiting the same issues although less advanced then the first row plants.

I'm not too familiar with happy frog soil, but if it's like ocean forest in any way that shit is super hot.  My best guess is that the OP planted in either straight soil or did not cut it with enough peat/verm.  The problem was then compounded when he began using his nutrient regiment.  The plants were probably already overloaded with food, so if he fed them he was just adding to the problem of too much food being present already.  It's a pretty common problem and honestly pretty easy to deal with.  Like I said before a simple flush and some plain water until they tell you they want food should help clear up these issues.

your words are bullshit "Your plants' roots are like buried treasure when you discover how easy it is to maximize their function and to achieve optimum harvests.
"
most healthy plants I ever seen used voodoo unlike your roots! THE LARGER YOUR POT THE LARGER YOUR YEILD. but no one around here seems to be growing ounce and a half buds. ESP. your trying to grow your roots voodoo juice even says so. you don't know how big your buds can be unless your using the voodoo juice. Learn about your roots learn about voodoo juice. I used to grow for someone that wanted me to use this and i tell you all these pictures of buds people putting up are punny. the minute your roots bend and need to search your loosing yeild. I have voodoo knowledge thats who i am who are you? http://www.advancednutrients.com/hydroponics/products/voodoo_juice/voodoo_juice_product_information.php im not coming back because the moderators here are stupid. you can find me on www.marijuana.com

Okay see ya. And there are plenty of people here who could grow these mystical ounce and a half buds but most people here are not growing for profit.

There are pictures here with people who I assure you are better growers than you pal...Check out some of Integras scrog grows. He pulled almost 2 pounds from 2 plants INSIDE........But he doesn't grow big buds does he? LOL, dumbass.
