 How long can you store marijuana leaves?

I plan on making hash oil in the future from the leaves of my plants, but don't have enough right now. Is there a way to store them so that I could use them in the future when I had more material, and how long would they last?

I just dry them in a paper bag and grind them up into a pint jar. When the pint jar is full of popcorn bud/leaf dust, I do an iso run with them, but you could do whatever kinda hash you want.
I bet the jar cures them up too, so you get finer hash than uncured ones

Thanks, thats probably what I'll do. Still looking into the different hash processes.
This might be a stupid question, but when do you know when the leaves are properly dried?
