 Quick clone question.

So a few weeks ago I cloned 2 plants straight to dirt. I tried a few different ways before and it was the method that worked best for me.
Both plants were in a real bad way when I cloned them because the soil they were in was just killing the fuck out of them.
I lost one, one is holding on strong.
Anyway, I cloned them the 29th of December. Thats 2 weeks and a few days ago. What day should I be OK to take the baggy off the top of it (my ghetto "humidity dome")?
I think it has new growth, but since I didn't take any pictures of the plant when I cloned it I can't be too sure.
If it has new growth does that mean it has roots? Or could it be using up energy it had stored?

It should be pretty close to ready if not by 21 days then something is wrong.

Its standing up straight and looking pretty recovered to me. I'll keep it on for a few more days, prolly can't hurt.
Too bad the Chronic lived and the Motavation died.

Yeah no shit. I hate the strain Chronic so much when I grew it out I was so disappointed I ended up (and this isn't a joke) throwing away 2 lbs of it. I didn't even want to make hash out of it I hated it that much.

Yah, I grew it once because a friend of a friend had to ditch his grow. So I took his plants in and that's what he was flowering at the time. Killer fucking yield, but midgrade quality IMO. When my next harvest came in my remaining chronic got turned into hash because the buds just sucked to smoke.
