I've done, in order from first to last:
Sugar
Alcohol
Caffeine
Tobacco
Cannabis
Psilocybin mushrooms
San Pedro
LSD
Datura (smoked)
New drugs I'll be using in the near future (other than the ones already mentioned):
Ayahuasca (made with A obtusifolia bark and N rustica leaves  )
DMT
N rustica
LSD, properly this time. Last time I didn't take enough and wasn't experienced enough
Catha edulis AKA Khat
Calea z
Drugs I would love to try:
MDMA
Amphetamine
Ibogaine
Ketamine
Kava
Opium latex
That's all I can think of for now. But I'm sure I'll soon think of more

I hear Dature when smoked is  but when ingested is 
Kava is nice and a bit weird... like a light and natural feely benzo.

Yup...
The few times I tried Datura I smoked it, and held a few seeds and bit of flower underneath my tongue.
I blended a little bit of dried leaf and flower with weed, the effects were subtle but noticeable. Definitely enhances dreams, and has nice synergy with opiates.
*Though I don't suggest people go out and try this. 'Tis a dangerous and toxic plant, and the concentration of alkaloids can vary quite a bit from specimen to specimen. If curiosity gets the best of ya, be smart and respect the plant, start out very small. If anything, smoke it, don't eat it...
I dig Kava, definitely has a nice benzo like feeling.

I forgot to mention i've tried regular Salvia and Salvia 10X.
I believe that most/all psychedelics have the potential to enlighten someone. Some drugs can do this easier than others. Mushies are easy but Salvia is hard and for most people isn't plesant.
Regualr Salvia leaf was cool, but 10X was not fun at all. Gotta be really chilled for Salvia. I'll try some more in the next few days
