Need help pick veg light...5 plants vegging 55+ days

So far I'm leaning to a 4bulb T5 but dont know if this is enough light. These will be going under a 600Watt Hps when done vegging.

I have an 8 inline can fan for the flowering room 737cfm if it would be better to use something besides T5. But i would like to keep veg down 250 watts max and have a low clearance for veg as well.

Is your ballast switchable? If it is, you can use a 250watt MH bulb in your 600w ballast. I used a 250watt for veg and then went to 400watt hps for flower. Just an option for ya. Plus you can always look into doin a little LST to keep your plants at a manageable height. thats alot of CFM's how big is your grow space? How many plants ya planning on doing? Cause if you use a MH your going to get alot less heat and it provides more lumens. The same 250watts of Flouros gives out less lumen than the same wattage of HID.
