In the veg room those flurorescent lights need to be 2 inches from the plants.
The flower room, man a 150 watts for a 3 x 3 area is to small. Need 600 watts.
I use 1000 watts in a 4 x 4 area.

In the veg room, it's tight but I'd say with the pot under them they're about 2" from the bulbs.
The exact dimensions of the flower room are 24'' wide, 15" long, and 29" height. I thought you wanted ~2,000 lumens per square foot? The HPS has 16,000 lumens.

very interesting setup in the veg room. would you mind posting a picture with plants in there? I'm not sure I entirely grasp how those lights are arranged. are you lighting them from the bottom?
