Some of you may or may not remember me, but I have been growing and I am back to show you what I am up to. I am working to get the biggest yield from 2 2x4 spaces. 1 for veg and 1 for flowering. Eventually if I get enough money saved up I am going to move to a bigger unit or if the lady moves out move downstairs into the 2 bedroom unit.
I am really lazy right now because of the Purple Kush but stay tuned into this grow log because I am going to keep updating and updating it.

Week 2 of flowering:
Purple Kush, Big Buddha Cheese

Finally got over fungus gnats using this stuff in the res and flooding them out.
Also the JTR and UP had a deficiency that I took care of.
Got some nice clones rooted and making the next generation of Bonsai moms I will be working on.
Anyways don't know if this site is dead or not anymore but I guess I can keep updating this even though no one wants to post

Sweet. Glad to see some people still post on here. Was worried it might be completely dead because it wasn't hopping too much when I started posting here in the first place.
Anyways. Approaching week 3. We are officially at 20 days. Stretching is coming to a halt, and I noticed the first trichomes starting to appear. My JTR is blasting trichomes out at a young age. I think I am going to like this strain.
Tent @ 75F-85F depending on what time of day.
PK @ 5ml FN Bloom, 1ml FL+, 5ml LKB
BBC @ 5ml FN Bloom, 1ml FL+, 2.5ml LKB, 1.5ml FNectar
AK @ 5ml FN Bloom, 1 ml FL+, 5ml LKB, 1.5 ml FNectar
I also just fed the JTR and UP today with 2.5ml FN Bloom, 5ml LKB, 5ml FNectar. Since they started in a organic medium and moved them to hempy I don't want to raise the N levels but at the same time they are showing mag/cal deficiencies along with a potassium deficiency, I have been stopping it but also I keep in mind the fear of overdosing a plant because it has happened and I am a pussy with the nutes now.
About to start a LST on strains Black Cherry and Golden Goat, which I just transplanted to 2gal buckets with 3:1 perlite/verm ratio. The 3D has not come out of transplant shock because I waited to long to transplant these ladies. I am going to wait another day and if I don't see progress I will clone all of her tips, chop her down and consider it a lost. The other two strains however are fast, I will be cloning them too
Anyways a little drunk and a little high. Sorry for the big rant. Look for some more pictures in a few days.

Thanks, currently week 3 now. Stretching is coming to a halt (thank you!), trichome formation is starting heavily and buds are starting to build up more calyxs.
Shroom: They are OK if you want to learn hydroponics. A few cons is they need constant changing so you don't get root rot unless you have some 29% Hydro Store H202 (no 3% King Soopers shit). Your roots will look a little brown from being stained where as recirculating systems have whiter roots so its easier to tell when they are healthy. Also in DWC you can not use full strength nutes I talked about how I am a pussy with nutes and that's why. You should use 1/3 strength. For instance right now in flowering in a recirculating system since we are now entering full bloom on my plants the nutes should be at 12.5ml FN Bloom, 1ml F+, 5-10ml LKB. But I am at 5ml FN Bloom, 1ml F+ and 5ml LKB. It will probably stay that way for the remainder of the grow because anymore is when plants start to overdose for me and I don't have a TDS/EC meter, but playing it safe works for me. On top of those I do add another bud booster called FloraNectar that speaks for itself. It makes my plants frostier and frostier on each feed, doesn't have too much nutrients just a little K and has good stuff for the plant like molasses and sugars in easier form for the plant to break down. You can smell the fruitiness of the plants after you add it.
But yeah. They are okay to learn with but I am moving on to a recirculating system soon enough. Might try and build a small UCDWC or build a 4-6 pot ebb and grow system.

Yeah, I cant imagine trying to mess with that and having a full size plant in the pot. Seems like it would be a pain in the ass. I've been lookin at DWC systems with Seperate Rez's something like this

Thank you I have had some before. I have seen it flowering. Man oh man do the leaves get packed with trichomes. I grabbed a clone from this one and I am glad I did because its showing a really heavy sativa dominance to it. Its spear shaped buds are all ready starting to form in the pistils. The other plants just kind of have a mushroom form to the pistils but the JTR just stands right up.

Its not that bad. It just seems like a lot of work. However all of it pays off. In my world you don't get what you pay for, you get what you work for. But in all honesty hydro is made out to be far more complicated then it should be. Its all easy work now. The only thing that could make it easier for me now is a Hanna meter for pH/TDS/EC/Temp. I have both Hempy and DWC right now, the hempy has been much more of a pain then the DWC. All I have to do with the DWC is worry how high or low I place the nutrients and what level its at. I have lots hempys to fungus gnats, while with the DWC I was able to flush them out and now my DWC plants are my champs. Hydro is the way to go hands down. The PK and BBC are going to be my best product (and most bountiful) just by the way they look all ready.
It would be easier to house 5 plants in a hydro set up then anything else. Hydro is also a lot cleaner. I am going to switch to a all hydro indoor garden once I organize my thoughts on what the eff I want to do.
New pictures tomorrow when the light comes on. Its officially day 21 meaning officially week 3. I have 3.5 - 4 weeks to go on these plants. I think I might let the PK go longer for that killer couch lock and insomnia med because I am quite the night owl. 100% indica is going to be the shit.

Made myself. Its not that hard. Just go to the hydro store, buy a few buckets, buy a few net pot lids, buy a nice air pump, buy some tubing, airstones and hydroton. You will need nutes and a pH indicator.

Okay here is a promised update. Day 22. Week 3
Purple Kush is really taking off. I figured out a really good way to feed them now and will continue doing this. I start with regular nutes 3.5ml H2O2 5ml FN Bloom, 1ml FL+,5ml LKB and then I top off with 3.5ml H2O2 5ml FNectar. I tried it with the PK and literally the day after I topped it off with the FNectar instead of adding it in originally I could tell which one of my plants was the covered with the most trichomes. Anyways I am stoned and ranting.
Another thing though, you might notice my plants barely have any fan leaves. I start this from when they are little clones, its a thing called Defoliation and its a substitute for lollipopping and taking away precious bud sites. Instead I just remove some big shading fan leaves every week or so, sometimes I slack but this technique will increase yields by 30%. With the big bushes though it gets burdening to do so that's where I tend to slack.
PK - I defoliated her today. My fingers got so sticky. I could probably make a good batch of hash from the leaves but will just use them for more butter.

Some more clones in the aero cloner. I took 6 3rd Dimension clones and chopped the plant, it was showing no signs of returning after a transplant shock coming from being root bound really bad. Below that are 3 Golden Goat clones and 3 Black Cherry clones. These are some genetics I would like to savor. I will root out what I like and what I don't like on this run and replace them with better genetics.
My kitty likes to join in on the work sometimes.

Mothers will always be in soil. Just so I can water them and not worry about giving them nutes. I am using FFOF now (need to get more) for the moms and clones, I eventually switch the clones I want to use to hempy if they are soil anyways. Hempy is the only form of hydro I have had success with transplanting from soil. That AK was a soil clone.
I prefer hydro though. I have some big bushes in the DWC buckets. I want to get a recirculating DWC going or a small under current DWC system. It just gives better results and hempy is kind of messy sometimes.

Jack the Ripper - Coming along nicely, has developed her sweet lemony smell, the trichomes are amazing on this girl. I cant wait for her to finish, I am looking forward to working with this 8 week Haze.
Urban Poison - OMG! I love it because what I thought would happen actually happened, this girl smells just like Durban Poison. But it has a NL5 growth pattern and flowering time. Well see how the taste is but this another one I want to work with more. She is going to start getting plain water and a flush with some FloraKleen pretty soon.
AK47 - This is a great cut. Smells great, great trichome production, my friend said it was better then his AK cut.
My Purple Kush Monster - This lady is starting to pack on her weight, she has a few more weeks to go. I am going to let her go for a while so I can have a couch lock knocker outer to counteract Sativas and caffeine
Okay fun part is over.. Now its time to the vegetative tent.
Golden Goat - This girl will not stop growing! Her and the Black Cherry are the same age. I have had to tie her tri top down so it will quit growing into the T5 and burning her tips.
Black Cherry - What can I say. Slow growing, but bushy as fuck. Very pest resistant. Its like the root aphids didn't even bother her. She always stays green and bushy. Her pre calyxs smell like cherries when I pick them.
Some clones
You can tell how they go from looking like shit but still rooted to fine looking plants. These are all the same strain just transplanted at different times.

Okay so here is my last update for this log. Ill be starting a new one soon with the new plants I have in flower.
Urban Poison - Yummy as fuck, I might do a full run of this stuff because its a 45 day Durban Poison cross with Durban taste and smell but not the super racy effect that goes with it.
Jack The Ripper - Its Okay. I think she hermed on me late in flowering because there are small premature seeds in the bud, maybe of one week formation.
AK47 - Yummy cut. Everyone loves her, she smells fantastic and leaves a lingering fruity skunk taste on your tounge. I am almost out of a 34g's all ready 
Purple Kush - Wow this girl is awesome. Started to purple up a lot at week 9-10. I am going to try some things differently for more of a purple. She has a nice kush stank and I haven't quite picked up any taste yet her.
I bought a new pipe for harvest. Gandalf style 
I also bought another BHO rig I might as well show you guys 
So I stamp this grow completed and I all ready have 8 more ladies in flower to start a new one, some are @ 3 weeks all ready
Enjoy the update. All the plants are harvested, total came to over a QP and I don't have a exact weight.
