A lot of people I know like making weed brownies and cookies, by making weed butter and then using that. Personally, I find this method of making cookies much faster and painless. It also has much less room for error.
Take a quarter ounce of the shittiest weed you can find. The quality really does not matter. Buy a stick of cookie dough, and take half of it off as a chunk. Knead the dough for a few minutes. Then, you can either pour all the weed into the cookie dough or you can make the cookies first and evenly partition out the weed. Either way, once the weed is very well kneaded into the dough, divide out as many cookies as you want. 16-20 is always a good number for me. Remember that the fewer cookies you make, the more powerful each cookie will be. Put them in the oven for about 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Use your own discretion to tell if the cookies are done yet, but be careful not to burn them because this will waste the weed.
For me, 1/4 of mids usually produces about 20 cookies, and eating 2 of em makes you high for hours and hours. I definitely consider it the fastest and most efficient method of cooking weed, mainly because you don't have to deal with cannibutter or anything like that.
The reason that cannabutter is a key ingredient in baking or cooking with THC is because the THC needs to be activated by a particular temperature.
The THC becomes active with the heat but it still needs to be 'stored' in some kind of fatty product, and since we are baking...or cooking, the easiest way to store activated THC is in butter. I think milk is another good one if I remeber correctly.

Butter is the wiser choice for many reasons. Cooking directly into dough like that wastes a lot and certainly can't taste that good, not as potent as butter either.

I know this is kinda old but I tried this with a mix of stems shitty fuckin weed and some pollen I've been saving. Made 12 cookies, ate 2.5 at first and up to 4 I think now? And I'm realllllybfuckin baked, off some scrap weed I couldn't get high off smoking at like 30 an eighth l. And it seems to have set in I don't think ill be sober any time soon. I'd give it a shot!
