Yah, you can use the snowstorm now. I believe you can actually begin feeding your plants snowstorm when you flip the lights to 12/12.

This is what I do, right up through the flush. You run out quickly doing it this way, but i get mad good results.
Edit: I don't foliar feed because I was advised against it (here I think). It was my original plan too, but I ended up just watering with it
Edit2: More or less:

I foliar fed on my last harvest and I'm watering with it on this one and I think the effects are pretty similar so far. I'm at 2.5 weeks also and I'm already seeing significant trich formation.

You know the guys from Humboldt County's Own had a huge display at the hydro convention. They had all these purple veggies and crap at the display saying how the new purple maxx was the shit. The stuff never came out then all of a sudden snow storm ultra came out and it was way cheaper then then the purple maxx but they say it's the same thing. In fact they say that purple maxx wasn't ready for market but snow storm definitely is.

That's just the guaranteed analysis. If you look at basically half of Advanced Nutrients products they all say 1% Potash this is just the govt regulated nutrient analysis or whatever it's called.
