 Snow Storm Ultra, contaminated?

I looked into my bottle of Snow Storm, not having used it in a while(last grow), and I noticed two little spots of what appeared to be green mold growing on the top, I watched for a week or so and it didn't seem to grow bigger, but it did start getting this clear slimy covering on the top of the liquid where the mold was.. seemed like mucus. Also noticed it on the inside neck of the bottle.
I fished what I could out with a q-tip, but I'm just not sure about what the hell was going on inside the bottle, makes me wanna get a new bottle.. Kinda apprehensive about using this one on my babies.
Anybody else experienced anything like this before?

Mines just clear liquid. Had it for ~6 months now and it looks fine
Maybe you got some crap in there on accident and it grew?

I'd toss it, I just threw out my bottle of snow storm due a to a yellow build up on the bottom of the bottle. Check the back of the bottle, I think I remember reading something about bacterial build up or something along those lines.
