will this glas-on-glass mini-bong fit a new downstem?

it will only cost $13.63 including shipping

it is a 14.5mm glass-on-glass joint size, but the bowl peice (where you put the herb) and the down-stem are the same piece of glass.

I know if i were to get a new down-stem for it (to accomidate add-ons), it will have to be short

does anyone have a peice of similar size? or could you please help me with this.
