I use a plastic bottle filled a quarter way with 99% iso and rock salt, the down stem (roor 14.5) slips right into it, shake it up for 30 seconds and take out and rinse with water. If it isnt to dirty it will completely clean it, if it is dirty it needs to be cleaned with a q-tip after a shake. But if you clean it every other day it will stay clean just from the shake
