I was first told about the short leg when I got my physical for the Army. Some wall-eyed Dr asked me if I knew about it. I said no. He asked if it gave me any trouble. I said no. He said that it would by the time I turned 40. I laughed at him. He was right.

The month that I turned 30 my back went out. Dr's could only give pills. Ended up going to a chiropractor. He did an X-ray of my spine. Put a ruler to it and told me how bad it was. He gave me an alignment and I had INSTANT relief.

He said that most people have a deviation of ~ 5mm. A deviation of ~ 10mm is when people start having issues and I was almost twice that. We tried a 3mm heel life for several months. I saw him 2-3 times a week to try and keep me lined out while I adjusted to the life. After about 4 months of intense hip/knee pain I threw the heel lift away. It simply hurt too much.

He said that, had I been diagnosed with this at a younger age, and given a lift then. That I could have avoided many of the issues I was having. My body had already grown bone spurs trying to compensate. Adding the heel lift now just caused the spurs to jab into flesh. Those spurs are what tore my rotator cuff too.

had  a friend who took lie 100mg of aderall, then went out and got drunk. She ended up throwing up and passing out by the end of the day. Im surprised that she didnt have a heart attack.
