I've always assumed that "puff, puff, pass" was more or less used for just joints or blunts, not glass...

In my experience lots of people hit bongs like this.  I think its more for the youth because they like the novelty of a big bong and with a big bong you dont want a ton of smokeless air.  When I was a kid and I hit big bongs thats what I would do too.  Now though, I prefer a smaller bong with virtually no chamber space so I dont hit it like that.

QFT, I also hate people who take second tokes. In Australia you pack what you're gonna smoke in that hit, if you cant sink it in one breath, then you don't need that much.

Yea I don't get why everyone doesn't want a nice green hit .If somebody is Aus passed me a bong with burnt weed in it, I would either laugh or be like wtf, either way I wouldn't smoke it.

Most of the people I smoke with will corner hit (I know, bowls are conical and don't have corners) so that they can leave greens for everyone. Stoner courtesy, man. :yesnod:

i pack 1 hitters. light it up draw in to fill the chamber, exhale the smokeless air threw the nose & then finish off the rest of the rest of the bowl pack. the exhaling s simply to get rid of the wasted lung space & fill it with smoke.

Yeah, when its just me I pack little snaps. Thats much better and I can enjoy the taste every time I hit the bowl. However, when its a party of like 3+ people, we just pack a monster bowl and pass it around :shrug:
