 Does hash keep OK in the freezer?

I've never really had a quantity of hash before, but yesterdays iso run got me quite the ball of hash. I'm looking to save it, and (preferably) forget about it, and refind it someday.
I have it in a jar right now, in the freezer. It was pretty sticky, but I just checked and its as hard as a rock now.
Should that be ok? Will it end up tasting like freezer?

Yeah I keep my shit frozen when I have quantity
otherwise it is a sticky mess and you will end up smoking only like half as the other half will stick to you, and whatever the hash is in

this goes even more so for hash oil. keep any amount in the fridge/freezer.
