damiana extract?

Hello everyone I wanted to post here first because I think I could get my best answers here. I recently got a hold of some fresh cut damiana and wanted to know a way to make an extract from it. I like it in normal form but I would like a way to make it stronger for future reference. Does anyone know how? Any would work, the less (lethal) the better. I dont like the use of too many chemicals due to it taking the (naturalness) out of it. Thanks :-)

do a simple grain alcohol extraction.
Ive never really got much benefit from Damiana though so im not sure why you would want to go through this process yourself for some,
although I dunno what kind of effect it has on you so it could be good in your opinion I guess.
so my questions are...
What are you looking to get out of it?
have you tried Damiana before?
