We are going to need alot more information than that to give any sort of diagnosis, could you get some pics up?

How old is your plant?
Indoor or out?
What nutrients were you using?

Sounds like over feeding to me, and the wrong food too.

During veg you want nutrients with more (N) than anything else, followed by (K) and the least (P). Flush it with regular water for a few days and don't use that food again.

What kind of lighting are you using?

DO NOT USE MIRACLE GROW

That P is a bit high, try for something around 20-5-10 or as close as you can get to that ratio.

What wattage are those fluro's? how far from the plant are they?

It doesn't matter what ratio you water your nutrients down with if they're the wrong nutrients.

The fluro should be ok for a short while but I would get that HPS asap

Eh, your miracle grow fert will work in a pinch (though the prior comments are correct in that you should seek out nutrients with a higher nitrogen component for the vegetative growth cycle of your plant), just make sure you use it at 1/4 strength and certainly don't feed with every watering for a plant as small as yours is.

Underfeeding is better than overfeeding, especially when you're new to the growing game and are learning what a given plant can take.  Work your way up slowly... you're not going to ruin your crop by going too light on nutrients for a few weeks.  Once the plant is established (ie. bigger), you'll be able to up the nutrient dosage and can spend some time in the meanwhile seeking out gentler organic nutrient solutions with the proper NPK ratios (higher N for vegetative, higher P for flowering).

That plant is so darn tiny, if you were feeding it any regular dose of nutes it would be stressed out.  I don't think additional pic's would tell us much at this point.

If you've adequately flushed the soil, let the soil dry a bit and then feed it 1/4 strength nuts in the frequency designated on your nutrient label.  Seek out higher quality nutes with a higher Nitrogen component for optimal vegetative growth, and slowly ratchet up the feeding strength after a few weeks once your plant is bigger and healthier.

Make sure your lights aren't too close to the plant such that heat stress won't be an issue.  Ambient temperatures should be kept below 90 degrees whenever possible.  Don't let your soil dry out and don't keep it sopping wet.

If you do all that, your plant should be fine.
