I'm not really in the proper circumstances to watch a video, but I'm assuming it's one of their stop motion videos they worked with the Brothers quay on?
Not much of a tool fan, but those guys do some really amazing stuff. i'm also a huge fan of Jan Svankmajer:

that is some weird stuff. interesting though. that's not a stop motion music vid i posted. it's got some alex grey shit in it at the end. worth seeing if you haven't.

they also, likely, didn't have those alex grey screens. that was only done in late 2002. Those were some of the most epic shows man has ever seen. what date did you see them?
