It's an administration thang, They don't want what one could try and sum up in one post spread out in a lot, removing other relevant threads from the view.
On the intarwebs its known as spam, and interwebbers dont like spam, cept the lucky few :o

Okay I will come clean, I like fried spam, it is just one of those old comfort foods for me. Going camping with my dad and if we did not get any fish that day we would fry up some spam for dinner. Spam fried in a camp fire brings back those good memories

i love fried spam, only every once in a while though. and its gotta be fried really good.

And it's just down right annoying when none of those threads contain anything of value. If he started 10 threads with legitimate subjects for discussion I would have let him be, but 10 threads with nothing more in them than "hey, do some thangs" just makes me want to punch an infant.
