I'm pretty ok with this. Also this cop filled out the report or whatever it is wrong and got suspended for get this, three days. So if a cop gets caught telling a lie about what happened while they were on duty, and all they get is a suspension. Am I the only one that thinks that is fucked up?
That isn't even excessive force, that is blatent assault. If I did that shit I'd get arrested. Some of the people watching should of walked up to the cop and put the cop under citizens arrest... can a civilian arrest a cop?

I'm not sure. I mean what is to stop that cop from resisting? He will just beat you down and say you assaulted him. You would need to be with a group of some ballsy citizens. If they exist.
The hardest part is getting police held responsible for their actions in the justice system. The police should be put through another type of system that isn't made up of their friends and buddies.

Oh yea, you'd definitely need a group of like 3-4 people to just fucking pin the prick down. And just have one of them call 911 and the local newspaper and go "wellll we just performed a citizen's arrest on this cop beating the shit out of a dude for no reason, requesting assistance."
Probably the newspaper first to make sure you don't just get your ass beat by other cops.
