I'm out of shape. Here I've been thinking running in the morning already had me back in shape, and then I time myself and find out I'm running 10 minute miles.
God damn.

I'm pretty out of shape too, and any muscle mass left is simply left over from Rugby haha

I will celebrate one year since my first cigarette in a few weeks.
One year later, I can't run, have failed miserably to get in shape (im like 130lbs), and now i spit chunks of my fucking lungs every morning.

I plan to slowly decrease the # I smoke per day until finally I just replace cravings with bowls/joints.

i been getting in shape for 20 years lol but at least i quit smoking cigs after 18 yrs of smoking them now to get the belly gone hahah shit since my spinal fusion surgery last aug its hard to do a lot of exercise or motions that i used to take for granted

ha! I was just thinking the same thing. waking up early and going for a run. i rode my bicycle around town tonight so that was nice. I smoked a joint in the process so maybe that cancels it out. idk.
