Drill some holes in the door...
Cut out some of the inner plastic liner and remove and insulation, then add a fan...
Cut out the bottom of the door seal to allow fresh air in...
Add power and a compact fluorescent lamp...
Keep the bottom shelf unless the fridge has a flat bottom...
Finished and ready for clones and vegging. You could even flower some small plants in it.

I see you have a cfl in there, would say a 250w hps be suitable for one of these types of grows?

I personally wouldn't know, but to throw out my assumption, it might be difficult to use HID lighting in something like that without quite the degree of ventilation since its smaller and insulated to keep temperatures in. Couldn't rightly say though.

A HID would take up too much space and you'd need a lot bigger fan to deal with the heat, I doubt it would be worth the effort.
