Okay biochemists and multiple drug users:
Is there any reason I shouldn't do some Kratom (for the first time!) tonight if I'm doing acid (for the first time!) on Wednesday night?
I don't really know which neurochemicals are effected by each substance, so I don't know if there would be an issue.

Seems fine to me. Kratom does not affect the same receptors as acid, and either way they are two days apart.

Kratom has a very bitter taste but also has a very relaxing effect. I put mine in capsules to help it go down with out the taste. I enjoy it from time to time. I hope you have a fun time and remember when trippin, if it starts going bad, it is all in your head and not really going bad it just you getting a little scared, nothing to fear but fear its self. Having a sitter the first time or an experienced person along just in case might be a good idea. I have sat in on many a friends trips just as safety measure. It is a good idea to plan a little in advance, music movies, projects that will help if things start getting to weird or wild for you. I wish you a very safe and happy trip and hope you loose and find yourself during it(some will know what this means). I will keep you in mind and send you good vibes all of Wednesday

First off THANK YOU that means a lot to me.I have done a lot of stupid things in my life and I wonder how I am still alive or not in prison. I love to trip, that is why I joined the shroomery, to learn how to study them my self. I just like to pass on what I have learned and help others. I love to expand my mind and help other to do the same but in a safe place. You can not have a good trip in you do not feel safe. My friends who ask me to join or just sit and keep everything cool call me the trip master(I do not feel I deserve this title) I am just a friend who want everyone to be safe and enjoy the wonders of opening your mind. A closed mind will not learn or advance in this world of ours.

FYI everyone: I just drank my tea with kratom extract (15x).
I used 2 grams in a green tea; it was bitter like chewing aspirin, but I got it all down.
I'll report back with effects as we go.

Enjoy my friend, it is a nice calming feeling and I never thought about drinking it with a good tea that should make it even more relaxing. The capsules will help keep the bitter taste from making it harder to swallow. I just can not take the bitter taste.

I used to do competitive weight lifting; I've had to choke down a lot of shit in my day, so I can tolerate a lot of intense flavors.

I used to drink straight everclear and chew aspirin but my stomach just can not take it anymore. I abused then hell out of my system back in my younger stupider days, but haven`t we all(lol jk) but I know some of you know what I am talking about, I wonder how I am still here lol

The Kratom is purely a new experience for me. I don't have any expectation except the altered state of consciousness and whatever insight that may bring.
The acid is something I'm doing with a very good friend, and we've agreed to meet early in the day to state our intention for the trip, with the twist that we're going to have a shared intention, so that hasn't been decided yet.
I'll let you all know on Wednesday as soon as we've figured it out.
Also, I'm now consuming an additional gram of Kratom. I have the misfortune of having a body/brain that is very resistant (even the first time I do it) to almost all substances, and I find that I consume significantly more of anything to reach the threshold effects that others attain at a lower dose.

def all good. kratom is somethin youll prob a time or 2 take to much before you hit your spot. i remember years ago when people say oh take yadd yadda grams that was the "norm" way to much and felt like shizit. its a powerful substance.

Alright, 45 minutes into the experience I'm feeling a bit warm; I've got some altered vision in the sense that my eyes stop focusing on what I'm looking at occasionally, but then refocus quickly.
I also feel like I've had a couple cups of coffee: increased tension in my forearms as I type, and I'm very focused on everything that I'm doing.

I too am the same way. I have a high tolerance to things. I usually want to just lay back and let the kratom take me where it wants to take me. good vibes are being sent my friend, as the old saying goes just sit back relax and enjoy the ride, you will get there when you get there and what a enjoyable ride it can be.

I know what I want to say, but brain to fingers is very delayed.
I also get some waves of euphoria that force my eyes closed kind of like when I roll.

Sorry man had to sleep. since I have to be clean for a bit I took these damn pills the doc gave me to sleep. they do not relax me they just knock me out and then I feel all dragged out the next morning.
I hope you had a nice easy ride my friend. When I do kratom I do not think I could focus enough to read and type, so good job there.

hrmm...
Well it was really chill. I pretty much felt like I was nodding toward the end, and then I tried to get it on with my wife. Not a good idea...I just kept going and going and I never got off. Also, I absolutely couldn't fall asleep, my brain just kept on spinning for almost 2 hours.
I might do it again, but I'd start earlier in the evening, and have nothing to do the next day.
Pretty much a neutral experience, but then, entheogens are my d.o.c. so that isn't too surprising.

We all have to remember our roots, I hope to be studding some Z spores soon. I am not a big soccer fan but I saw what you mean about the calls in like every game, but for the record with most U.S. sports that happens a lot. REFs are gods and even after it is proven they messed up they continue being refs, I saw on sportscenter news that in soccer if you mess up as a ref you will not ref another big match(not sure if this is true or not)but it sounds like a better motivation to make sure of your calls.

I am hoping and sending good vibes to you and your friend for a safe happy journey on your trip. The skittle thing is wild when you are really trip, hold up close but be careful not to spill, trying to pick them up is a long but fun process(I have done it a couple of times lol) we laughed our asses off picking them up and you keep finding them for days afterward(lol) I love to listen to momentary lapse of reason by floyd of course. Have a fun safe trip and remember your friends are sending you good thoughts and vibes and who knows maybe you will loose yourself and find yourself on your journey.

glad you had a good safe trip my friend. You guys were in my thought. I love doing what you posted in the other growable(back to our roots) but lsd is a different type of trip and I have not done any good lsd in over 15 years, I envy you brother. once again glad you found your way back.

I like to hear people's first impressions of the drug, it really is something.
Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to put a little MDMA in my system this week.

lucky lol. God I need to make it down to the twin cities this summer and see whats around. You guys are making me miss it more than I already do. I have only met 2 people who did not like it.(I know there are more than that but only met 2) one was too uptight to begin with and probably could not relax enough to enjoy it, the other did probably to much, and it was there first time doing any kind of trip(his friend was a real dick for giving him as much as he does and he a long time tripper)

Some people forget that you have to build a tolerance/understanding of some kind before taking massive doses. That's one of the many reasons I don't fuck with opiates.
