Use fatty milk, like whole or half-and-half. Put crinkle into simmering milk and stir constantly for 10 minutes. Should be hot enough to see a faint vapor coming from the top, but not too hot or a film might appear.
Strain if desired.
A good ratio might be 2 cups liquid to 1 gram high-grade cannabis.

This is a great idea. You would have to use high-grade buds, though.
I'm imagining using cannamilk in instant mashed potatoes or in mac n cheese. haha

I just made some instant potatoes with cannamilk and I also added some garlic I'm liking it a lot.

it should - they are all based on "fat + THC + heat"
plus ingestion
some people have said that eating it changes the THC into a different form in the liver, and with milk (a liquid) you might be able to hold it in your mouth and have it absorb into your bloodstream from under your tongue (sublingual). Although an alcohol tincture is more suited for that. Bypassing the stomach may produce effects more like smoking. Not many people have tried it though (me included).

It was good bud, I think the strain was called Louie Louie. I didn't manage to stay awake for long afterwards.
If you put a teabag in the milk while it's still hot you can make a cup of cannabis tea too.
