coaster you should stop doing all drugs but Mescaline, 2C-T-7, DMT, mushrooms, and cid for like a month and see what happens
That way when you go to binge like on other shit the mind fuck will remind you to keep it at a reasonable intake.

yeah i just started pretty recently going to the gym & using the weights there and also the treadmill. I've just been running on flats which is apparently not the best for you but a treadmill is at least relatively low-impact. But yeah its best to get something with arch support like runnnng or tennis shoes and i'm gonna do that pretty soon. But if you don't have it the first few times its not gonna kill you.
I just put my headphones on and listen to psytrance and it really helps motivate me to keep pushing myself, (last night i did 6 miles in like 57minutes.) Your body starts producing endorphins and the more you do it you can train your body t start producing them in less time.
Another nice thing to do is go to the beach and bodysurf or at least get in the water, I find that no matter what problems you have on your mind when you step into that water it's cold until you get used to it, so anything on your mind just disappears.

Not hatin Coasty, but you're pretty much defeating the purpose if you just don't try to apply that to other dr00gz. I'd personally rather see you stop doing  , heroin, crack, ketamine, and you mention the oxies from time to time. That's not good either,  . You should just keep smoking weed and quit the bad shit. Needles in general aren't usually good.

Whatever you say man. Personally, I'm not even sure whether to give you credit for actually not gettin high last night because of the fact you might just make this thread to make this thread. Get off the dr00gz man..that's probably whats affecting your appetite and then smoking weed just makes you hungry enough to where you can eat.
1. Eat more shrooms, and you won't even have to think about it, it'll just come to you. Psychedelics are amazing for that type of shit. Nothing like a good, intense trip from time to time. I need to find a hook for shroomies again

Soon enough once you've dropped the other drugs you'll remember what dreams are. That's the weirdest thing for me now that I've quit for almost 2 weeks - I have dreams all night, every night. It's pretty fucking epic.

I was moving around, thinking, rationalizing and even organizing a plan to file a lawsuit against england.. and I felt fear, but no pain
It was nonsense, and it seemed like it was about 20 minutes long at least, while it was going on..

I was in an grocery store in england, and got into an argument with the cashier, and she hit an alarm and 2 cops came out and smashed me on my right arm, then the left with a baton, and I didn't feel it, and then I smiled at the cashier who pushed the button to be a dick

yeah i had some epic melatonin dreams last night as well, like i was in some post-apocalyptic urban nightmare world with all these soldiers from another country invading and me having to avoid them.
Then later i beat the shit out of my sisters boyfriend for eating the last bagel...
