Keep in mind most "mexican" cannabis is primarily Sativa and is not the best choice for an indoor grow, unless of course you have plenty of room and a very strong light source. You said you only have 3 feet to work with, so take out 1.5 feet for the pot and light, and you are only left with 1.5 feet of plant growth, and that's if it is touching the bulb! You either need to flower nearly from seed, or do some serious reading on LST...

Not necessarily. The genetics can only take you so far. Mids are either
a) Good genetics grown poorly
b) shitty genetics grown well.
If your seeds are from option A then you'll have a shot at some good weed when you're done, but if you want CRAZY awesome buds then you really need to just invest in quality genetics
