I'm sure where I live isn't too far off from where you live man. Pot is super relaxed around here and sentences are pretty minor compared to most other states. The state laws don't even have any specific charges for cultivation, it's just all according to weight, and you need over 100 lbs do really be in deep shit.
Not to mention the population is not much around here, even though I live close to minneapolis...

yea dude, we are kinda close I guess, I think here its a charge per plant or something terrifying like that.. maybe addition of time for every plant.. Im not too keen on the laws, hopefully I never have to be.
IMO any time wasted in jail, is way too much time wasted in jail..

the population here is out of fucking control i hate it
the other day i spent longer looking for a parking spot after grocery shopping then it took to do the actual shopping and driving there

dude, i tell people that all the time. It's a real fucking problem. and it's the really fucking dumb people living off the government that are having way more kids than they can afford.
