but I had to share this poem I just found...

I just wrote this:


I was born into this world from the womb of Christ herself,
Into this place some call heaven and some call hell,
But I’m not here to gain wealth, I just want to meet myself
Have some fun and give them hell- a hug, a laugh, a thought or yell

On the coldest nights when all I do is sit here alone
When worry grows my algid skin will peel off to bones
There grows a warmth in my heart that takes away the fear
A heat that holds out hope to find someone to hold dear

But I’ll take it easy and watch from afar, find somewhere
to put my feet up, but I won’t go very far
I’ll wear a smile and think for a tad
Watching grass grow ain’t too bad
