 what will make ingestion of thc more efficient? / perfect pot food?

I have never made anything other than pot brownies once , but recently had an idea to make the best thc food i could possibly make. this got me thinking and doing some research on what would "amp up" the effects of thc in the body, what would ingest easier and more efficiently to decrease wait and increase effect / the length of effects.
although this may be wrong, what i've come to understand is thc is absorbed into the blood. when the blood is thinner it moves faster thoughout your body. so foods naturally high in Salicylate Content have high blood thinning properties.
my next thing is what is the best fat to use. oil? or butter? and which has the best capacity for thc?
so far i've found that oil is better cause of its high heat resistance.
my last thing is what will help the thc ingest better into the blood?
any answers would be helpful and much appreciated.

Ive heard grapefruit juices potentiate the effect of THC in the body.
and Alcohol of course...
Ive even heard of chocolate having something in it that strengthens the effects,, but thats not confirmed...
