One of the sushi joints around here has this amazing one with salmon, baby cilantro, tempura bits (for crunch) and goat cheese. Possibly the most delicious thing I've ever had in my mouth.

I love tempura especially the vegetable tempura.
You would probably love this sandwich i used to get in israel: romaine lettuce, tomato, eggplant, pesto and Bulgarian (similar to Feta) cheese. One of the best things i've ever had.
