I don't have many 'other' ingredients around the house sadly so butter and pepper will have to do. I wish I had some lemon though.

It's only 6 pm and you had dinner already? I eat dinner at 8 or later.
I'm finally beginning to eat again and build an appetite. I was never hungry for the past month and had to force myself to eat for some reason. Now I get hungry.

i'm 6 foot tall and 150 pounds... up from 140 pounds a little over 2 weeks ago. already seeing some strength gains which is good. this is my 3rd week working out i think. i have a bad memory it might be the 4th.

the worst part is forcing yourself to eat ungodly amounts of food (all healthy mostly, that's how i roll). i haven't been doing that lately and it's why i'm stuck at 150 pounds

i took the xanax and smoked half the bowl before eating, and half after eating.
there might have been a hit or two in between there, i also took a shower between eating the entire meal.. finishing the bowl now because i had to go to my friends real quick. got a half ounce of some headies.
