 Broke my downtube in my Roor, how to get it out/

The other day my Roor tipped over and my downtube broke. Somehow the downtube broke down past the frosted glass and it is now stuck. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get it out?

How could it be stuck if it could fit in before it broke ?

Cut a straight piece of coat hanger with some dykes, bend a real short 90 on the tip with a pair of pliers so you have a little hook at the end. If you make it the right size you should be able to stick through the middle of broken tube and hook the bottom edge to pull it out.

Looking for my cord to upload a pic. The downtube fit in, but when it broke, the top part came off and it is broke down inside of the frosted glass

Great idea, the bottom is a diffuser so i will have to break the bottom to hook it because the hanger is to big to fit through the holes

be careful though roors have such a weak joint base.
