yellowing wilting tips
    #397004 - 04/06/10 11:03 AM (13 years, 11 months ago)

Crop is two months into veg.  A couple of my kiddos tips of the leaves have started to curl down ward with a yellow tinge.  Which today now all leaves are wilting.  Last week I gave them their 1st shot of nutes a mixture of Blood meal and potash..they seems have taken it fine.  I watered them down a few days ago which makes me think there could be to much nutes in the soil from last week?
On a side note from this, one of my plants has very stocky deep green leaves but all of its life they have had a tacoing like curl.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Hopefully can get pics up in a little while.

Taco as in upwards?  That's either a sign of heat stress or a possible Mg problem.

flushed soil with water and let them enjoy the sun for several hours today..they responded nicely..the taco curl is more of a down and in.

down and in is a sign of too much food, or food that is not able to be absorbed and has caused a toxic buildup.  Deep green is a sign of N toxicity.  The flush was a good thing and I'd back off of food for a little bit.  Remember when you grow in soil, you feed the soil not the plant.

Thanks for the insight, they are looking much healthier today..after classes may give them another sun bath if the weather holds out.
