Yikes... not lookin too good for candidate number 1. It might be a bit too early, but that's looking very possibly male.
The lighting in the second picture makes it too hard to tell.

It is likely that the seeds got damaged from frost since there doesn't seem to be any other explanation.
If you get shipments during the winter please try to get the seeds deliverd to your door or collect the mail at the post office. During extreme conditions like Snowmaggedon you should definately avoid purchasing/receiving seeds since everything just freezes over when the mail vans drive around.

i feel your pain though, i had 18 healthy females almost ready for flower; i went out of town and left my friend to care for them ... i came home to a complete disaster. i think i can maybe save 2 of them, but they aren't ready to flower now, if ever and that is a huge mortality rate. so i've basically wasted 5 1/2 months and x amount of money for diddly squat, not to mention my friend seems to have disappeared. it's really my fault though, for going out of town in the first place and i can't help but kick myself in the ass for that. at least your predicament was out of your control and not directly or even indirectly caused by something you did.

Actually that 2nd one could be a female because it has the pear shape and more of a pointy tip, but still looks more male than female.
When my females are that developed, they are really skinny and pointy, almost like a pin, then it eventually gets fatter, grows pistils and is shaped like a pear. I'm not 100% that one is a male but it sure looks like it's possible.

The second one looks like possible female to me also although I would say it's unlikely, 1 looks definitely male to me. Ifeel your pain man, I don't think my sativas going to make it = harvest cut in half
