Acutally if these are next months quick strikes which I'm 90% sure they are, they'll drop on 4/20. They're doing a special release date for them. Most other quick strikes are released the second tuesday of every month.

Its not tacky at all. Just like most other quick strikes, these specific SB's were designed by a specific artist, Nike acutally pays him for his degin and publish's it. I'd be honored if Nike took a piece of my work and flaunted it for money. As for your second comment, Nike hold plenty of events, and gives my shop a good few thousand dollars in gear a year to give away to groms that are into this thing.

That must be it! I must be lying on my on topic in an internet forum with people I've never met before, so I can try and get the shop that I work for to make some money, a quick buck! Wow, You caught me... 
Actually I don't make any profit off these, even if I do sell them all. I work on an hourly wager, not a commission. Even if I did sell all 420 pairs that were made, the best I'd get is a pat on the back.
Actually, I myself, am an artist, I'm a photographer (if you read my next topic that will be posted momentarily), and I would be siked if Nike paid me to get my photo or design on one of their products. In which Nike than will promote that artist the entire month, thus helping the artist strive, not make money, but helps with publicity. And if you were an artist which I doubt because by looking at your poor typing skills your not, you'd understand what an achievement that is.
If I were you I'd follow the advice which is your user name, get the fuck out!
