 whats wrong? need help!

We're first time growers using a bubbleponics system. We have 3 fem plants total (humboldt) , coming up on a week old. 2 of which , roots haven't touched water. 1 plant's roots touched 2 days prior to today. ever since then , it seems the leaves only on this plant, have became top heavy and turned an unhealthy, almost yellow , green. Also, has a couple light brownish spots . No nutrients have yet to be added. Please help
and by the way , how are these doing?
these two are random from nirvana;4 weeks into veg.

If no nutrients have been added that's probably your problem right there. Plain water isn't going to support your plant and it's desire to want to grow.
What's the base PPM of your water?
What's the pH of the water?
And last but not least, what's the temperature of your water?

dont have a ppm gauge or a thermometer for the water...should be getting one in a day or two. just changed the water and pH is now 5.9-6.0 and added 1/4 strength if not less nutes, hope all goes good! ill add updated pics soon
