I love Pandora, but I haven't been there in awhile. I just it discovered only 2 years ago.
What I used to do is I had a 2-way spilter on my audio-out connection on my PC's sound card (with all Windows sounds muted) and a short audio cable connected to the "line-in" connection and that spare connection on the 2-way splitter, and I would record the music being played live from Pandora using a "All2Wav" recording program to files on my Hard Drive. In a epic arrangement, the sound-out and line-in connections on my sound card linked as one.
That way, I can take Pandora, and its near unlimited vastness of music, with me on the road, with burned CD's and updated HardDisk Music players.
I love it. Still got so many songs from Pandora still on my Hard drive! Its crazy it almost feels illegal like Napster ('member those days?)
Back to the land of Pandora....

I even bought a years subscription for $35
get a player that works separate from the browser
more hours of un-touched play + more thumbs up/down per hour
well worth $35 in my opinion

My Biology teacher plays pandora radio during lab class.
(I'm pretty sure he plays a different station every day)
The grunge day sucked pretty hard though. While I like some, I really just wanted to shoot myself to some of it.
But bleh, I am sure some people like it.

No you do not have more than is offered for free. There are other programs and shit that accomplish the same thing for free that pandora charges you for. Hence the con.
