It's a reuptake inhibitor of serotonin and norepinephrine.
I cant imagine that there is any recreational potential.

You just feel extra stoned. Plus, it sedates you pretty good, so only do this at night.

It actually can be an enjoyable drug in moderation, but it does have some side effects, like being a bit groggy when you wake up.
