Well my only rule is, if she has grown up around me no. Because my best friend in high school sister seemed like a little sister to me, even though she is just a year younger.
We've even slept in the same bed, and not done anything.
If you want her go for it.

i fucked my friends sister and ended up dating her, ruined our friendship, and we ended up breaking up anyway. in the end it wasnt really worth it. i guess it depends how good of friends yall are and how hot his sister is
