so i just smoked my last cigarette ...

asthma sucks- my inhaler just cost me $170- and i decided smoking was no longer an option. any suggestions on cutting the cravings?? as long as im not in my car i dont care to smoke..    :cigarettepug:

Umm smoke a bowl or joint whenever you have a craving, or masturbate?

You basically need something to take your mind off the craving, because they tend to pass after about 15 mins.

Drinking is the downfall

but light up a bowl or something instead of cigs, good luck with quitting. its not nearly as hard as everyone says it is, just DONT BUY A PACK

if you absolutely need one bum one off someone, but buying a pack is the worst thing you can do because one you smoke one... you have 19 left and your right back where you started

I just quit myself, its been almost 2 months now. :trophy:

Having a bowl or a one-hitter on hand is really a great way to get past the cravings, and after the first 48 hours its really just mental.  This sounds stupid, but anytime I wanted one after the first 48, I just said out loud: "I don't smoke anymore." or "I'm a non-smoker"  I seriously had no cravings after the first week and a half.

I dont know why people think that weed helps with cravings, it just makes me want one more. I say replace it with sunflower seeds.

It all depends on what your associations are...like if you're used to smoking a bowl and then smoking cigarettes, obviously that's going to be a trigger. As for me, I don't smoke tobacco when I'm high so it doesn't trigger the nicotine craving for me. 

Now drinking, that's a different story. :rolleyes:

tripping is my biggest cig trigger

I chain smoke like a mother fucker when I trip

so much so I am used to feeling like shit when I trip and when I dont smoke and trip its sooooo much better, I just dont have the willpower when im standing outside watching orange and purple spiders crawl all over the walls and giggling like a schoolgirl
